Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change due to material cost fluctuations or significant project scope changes. We will always notify you before making any changes to the quoted price. Payment terms will be outlined in your written quote and typically include a deposit to schedule your installation and final payment upon completion.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we work hard to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate promptly if any delays arise and work with you to minimize inconvenience. You are responsible for ensuring access to the work area during scheduled installation times.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on installation craftsmanship. Artificial grass products come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product type. We will provide you with all warranty documentation upon project completion. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper use, neglect, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters or vandalism.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the installation area and ensure that any obstacles are removed before we arrive. This includes moving furniture, decorations, and ensuring pets are secured. If additional site preparation beyond the scope of our quote is needed, we will discuss this with you before proceeding. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems in the work area.

Limitation of Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and take precautions to protect your property during installation. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden underground obstacles, or damage to unmarked utilities. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We encourage you to review your homeowner's insurance policy for additional coverage.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun. We will work with you to find a fair solution. If we need to cancel due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
